Bad Pro Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Usage Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all access and use of the Bad Pro platform, available at badpro.win ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the Bad Pro platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

Bad Pro is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as payment methods.

These Terms should be read alongside the Bad Pro Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of your agreement with the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue to use the Platform.

2. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a Bad Pro account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for personal use only — not on behalf of any third party or employer.
• You are not already the holder of an existing Bad Pro account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds.
• You have not previously had a Bad Pro account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.

Bad Pro reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where age or identity cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction, the account may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed if verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Registration & KYC

When registering a Bad Pro account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before withdrawal requests are processed, before a bonus is activated, or at any time the Platform deems it necessary. KYC documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of the payment method used — for example, a screenshot of the JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name, or a bank statement.
• Proof of residential address where required.

KYC documents must be submitted within the timeframe requested by the Platform's support team. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in withdrawal requests being held and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension.

Each player may only hold one registered account. If the Platform discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Bad Pro are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Supported deposit methods currently include:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit via registered JazzCash number.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit via registered Easypaisa account.
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer within Pakistan.
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit from a Pakistani bank account.
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer.
• Mobile Wallets — additional mobile wallet options as available.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable period, contact the Bad Pro support team with your transaction reference.

All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to request verification that the payment method belongs to the account holder before processing any withdrawal to that method.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name. The Platform applies this policy to prevent misuse and to maintain payment security.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Estimated processing times are displayed at the time of request.

The Platform reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests where there is reason to suspect account misuse, bonus abuse or identity irregularities. In such cases, the Platform will communicate clearly with the account holder about what is required to release the withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bad Pro offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are clearly stated at the point of bonus activation.

General bonus rules that apply to all Bad Pro promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• A player may only claim the same welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. If the time limit expires before wagering is complete, the remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence that it was claimed or used in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from bonus play, once wagering requirements are met, are withdrawable subject to any stated caps.

Bad Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible. Changes to an active promotion will not apply to wagering requirements already in progress at the time of the change.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The Bad Pro sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

Key sports betting rules:

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and at the Platform's discretion. In-play odds change rapidly; the odds at bet confirmation are binding.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which may include void settlement or settlement on available results.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, or where odds were published at clearly incorrect levels due to a system error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• The Platform's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute process described below.

For cricket betting specifically: PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and major tournaments are covered with a full range of markets including match result, top batsman, over/under totals, wicket markets and series winners. Market availability varies by fixture.

8. Casino, Slots, Live Casino & Bingo

All software-based games on Bad Pro — including slots, crash games and virtual table games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Outcomes are independently random and are not influenced by previous results, account history, stake size or any other factor. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section of each title.

Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments. The rules governing each live table game — blackjack, baccarat, roulette and game shows — are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Players should familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing PKR stakes.

Bingo rooms on Bad Pro operate on a ticket-purchase basis. The number of tickets, prize pool and draw schedule for each bingo room are displayed before ticket purchase. VIP bingo rooms may have higher ticket prices and larger prize pools.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where technically possible, the round will be completed and settled based on the recorded game state. Players experiencing persistent connectivity issues should contact support before continuing play.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bad Pro platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering in a name other than your own.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, interact with games or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or incorrectly published odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen card details or false identity documents during KYC.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you have been self-excluded or if your account has been suspended or closed by the Platform.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus offers through pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.

The Platform monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is in progress, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. The Platform will communicate with the account holder during this process.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Bad Pro account login credentials. Your username, password and any two-factor authentication details should not be shared with any other person. Bad Pro will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Bad Pro support immediately. The Platform will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. However, the Platform cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from the account holder's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Do not access your Bad Pro account from shared or public devices without logging out immediately after your session. Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service is strongly recommended.

11. Responsible Gaming

Bad Pro is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is for adult entertainment only — 18 years and above, strictly enforced. Gaming should be approached as a form of entertainment with a clear budget, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players through account settings:

• Session Time Limits — receive reminders when a session reaches a time you set in advance.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Bad Pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In cases where closure results from a breach by the account holder, any funds in the account may be forfeited.

Where an account is closed at the request of the account holder — for example, as part of a self-exclusion request or a voluntary account closure — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the Bad Pro support team directly. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Bad Pro platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While the Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game and odds data, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors in any part of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bad Pro's total liability to any account holder in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the real-money balance held in the account at the time of the relevant claim. The Platform is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.

The Platform is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures outside of its reasonable control; actions of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks; or the account holder's failure to maintain adequate account security.

14. Privacy & Data

Bad Pro collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing and platform use. The full details of how your personal data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the Bad Pro Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering a Bad Pro account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you should not register an account.

15. Changes to These Terms

Bad Pro reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified — typically via a notice displayed on the Platform upon next login. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
